Mortgage Application Preparation Checklist
When applying for your mortgage loan at SouthFirst Mortgage, your application process will go much smoother and quicker if you have the following items with you at application:
- Real Estate/Sales Contract with original signatures
- Real Estate Mortgage Application signed by each borrower
- Original YTD pay stubs for each borrower covering the most current 30-day pay period
- Account numbers, addresses, and minimum monthly payment for all credit grantors
- Most current W-2s (last two years) for each borrower
- Last two months bank statements for all accounts
- Copy of last two years tax returns (if self-employed)
- Copy of your Deed and Mortgage papers (refinance)
